Lake Mary’s Brandon Brown (No. 7, 1st photo) leaves several Lyman defenders in his wake as he caps a huge individual night with a long touchdown run, but it was a pair of touchdown passes to Khaalil Lucas (No. 14, 2nd photo, splitting a pair of Greyhound defenders) in the first quarter that got the Rams started on the rout and the defense did its part, including Conner Barth putting a big hit on Lyman quarterback Tarik McKinzie (3rd photo), holding the hosts two three scores, including two running TDs by Tyrone Davis (No. 4, 4th photo); meanwhile, Seminole got big games from quarterback Kaylan Wiggins (No. 7, 5th photo), running back DJ Hampton (No. 2, 6th photo), receiver/quarterback Gabe Davis (No. 11, 7th photo) with a touchdown reception and a touchdown pass and the defense (8th photo) in blanking bitter rival DeLand; and the trio of Oviedo’s Morgan Mitchell (No. 2, 9th photo), Lake Brantley’s Marcus DeQuattro (No. 11, 10th photo) and Hagerty’s Leo Gomez (No. 3, 11th photo) helped their respective teams pick up important district victories.
