ARTS ALIVE: Head to Wayne Densch Performing Arts Center for the Summer Rewind

The Les B More Band will play the Sanford Avenue Block Party (outside of the Sanford Brewing Co.) this Saturday at 8:30 p.m. 

Everyone’s favorite film festival, Love Your Shorts, makes summer sizzle on the flip side with their Summer Rewind of some of last season’s best-loved short films.

Goodwill Industries of Central Florida appoints Nima Hodaei as President & CEO

After a nationwide search, Goodwill Industries of Central Florida has appointed a new President and CEO. Nima Hodaei took the helm of the nonprofit organization in mid-July, replacing Bill Oakley, who retired June 30 after a 44-year career with Goodwill, including eight years as CEO of Goodwill Industries of Central Florida.
