To keep the Seminole County Commissioners from dozing off at a recent County Charter Review meeting, County Manager Nicole Guillet said the county had received an update on the operating deficiency in the cost of running SunRail. She pointed out that the original deficit was estimated at $7.5 million. The new number is $35.5 million.
At Monday's Sanford City Commission work session, Patty Mahany is quoted as saying, "It will always be limited for what that building can be used for, because of its size".
Apparently Commissioners have been led to believe the Sanford Civic Center is too small to compete with other similar centers in the area.

Insurance. What is it. Why do we all need or require insurance in some form? Insurance is a way of protecting yourself against financial loss for events such a house fires, car accidents or death. You can also get Insurance in the event you get to sick to work or provide for your family if you should die.

It seems that I have been called to write this column to have what I like to call “Come To Jesus” moments, where, I just flat out share what is acceptable and unacceptable. To me, most of this stuff seems pretty elementary. I guess that is what makes my stories so humorous.

The Twerp sent some more missiles crashing into the Pacific Ocean and threatened Guam again.
