Remember a few years ago when the TV stations and the West Bithlo Gazette were on Larry Dale’s back for ridding the Sanford Airport of hazards to aviation?  Especially of the feathered variety? Sometimes they met their fate abruptly. If they happened to be eagles, their demise was accompanied by loud caterwauling from the protectors of our national symbol.

Hillary Clinton’s speeches and rallies appear contrived and controlled. They are small affairs in high school or junior college gyms or cafeterias. No protestors outside throwing eggs at her supporters or burning American flags.

Seminole Gardens

Jonkevious Carey was murdered in broad daylight at the Seminole Gardens complex on W. 5th Street. The three perpetrators, one of whom lived in the apartments, were quickly apprehended by Sanford Police.

Bears get Commissioner Bob Dallari’s vote

The Seminole County Commission, in a feel good vote, passed a resolution asking the State of Florida to not go forward with another bear hunting season.

The Commission has not passed a resolution against hunting deer, hogs or turkeys, just bears.
