INVITATION FOR BIDS
Seminole County Port Authority hereby requests Sealed Bids up to 2:00 PM on June 18. 2018 for:
Seminole County Port Authority
Stormwater Improvements - Phase II
The project site is located in the Seminole County Port Authority along Dolgner Place and Kastner Place, south of Shilke Way and north of Orange Blvd. This project includes tying into the existing stormwater system, construction of stormwater piping and structure, and grading of existing ditches. This contract will include dewatering and removal of existing piping, installation of stormwater structures and piping within existing roadside swales, pavement removal and replacement, finish grading and sodding, and minor signage and striping. Refer to Appendix A of the Contract Documents.
Bids shall be delivered to Jeremy Morton, CPH Inc.. 500 W. Fulton Street. Sanford, FL 32771, by the Bid date and time indicated above.
Bids delivered after the date and time indicated above will not be opened or otherwise considered. Please note that transmittal of the Bid and required Bid submittals via facsimile or e-mail or other means other than in a sealed envelope will not be opened or considered. Any uncertainty regarding the time a Bid is received will be resolved against the Bidder.
There will be a non-mandatory Pre-Bid meeting held at 1510 Kastner Place on May 30, 2018 at 2:00PM.

Solicitation packages including specifications, terms, conditions, general instructions and bid submission documents are now available and may be obtained at the office of CPH, Inc., 500 W. Fulton Street, Sanford, Florida, 32771; Phone 407-322-6841; or email Qmorton@cphcorp .com), upon payment of $35.00 for a (printed copy) or $10.00 for a (copy on CD) in cash or check made payable to CPH, Inc. This payment represents reproduction costs and is non-refundable. A request including the name, address, telephone, and facsimile numbers of the purchaser shall be required to register and purchase a set of the Solicitation Package. Anyone purchasing a set of the Solicitation Package must indicate whether he/she is a general contractor, subcontractor, manufacturer, or supplier. Only complete sets of the Solicitation Package will be distributed. Only registered holders of the Solicitation Package will receive addenda.
The SOLICITATION PACKAGE, consisting of the Contract Documents, may be examined at the following locations:

Public Comment
Seminole State College District Board of Trustees welcomes public comments during its monthly meetings. All documents submitted to the Board of Trustees will be retained as part of the public record of the meeting. Procedures for making Public Comment are as follows:
