NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN by the Mayor and City Commission of the City of Lake Mary, Florida, that said Commission will be holding a Public Hearing on Thursday, April 19, 2018 at 7:00pm (or as soon as possible thereafter) to consider a request for Conditional Uses and a Site Plan with a Landscape Variance and Developer’s Agreement for the Orlando Health Freestanding Emergency Department and Medical Pavilion, to be located at the northwest corner of Rinehart Road and Manderley Run/Siemens Entrance. The subject property consists of Seminole County Parcel ID numbers: 07-20-30-5MK-0000-002D, 07-20-30-5MK-0000-0020, and 07-20-30-5MK-0000-002C. A Location Map and Project Area Map is shown below.
The Conditional Use requests generally consist of: A Hospital Use, Parking Garage Use, Hospital Height, Emergency Room Height, Medical Office Building Height, and Parking Garage Height.
The Site Plan consists of the construction of: A +/-44,000 sq. ft. Emergency Department, a +/-60,000 sq. ft. Medical Office Building, a Helipad, and associated infrastructure.
A copy of the proposed Conditional Uses, Site Plan, and associated documentation is available for inspection by the public in the Community Development Department, City of Lake Mary Municipal Services Building, 911 Wallace Court, Lake Mary, Florida 32746, Monday through Friday, from 8:00 A.M. until 5:00 P.M. or you may call Stephen Noto, City Planner, at (407) 585-1440 for more information concerning this request.
