REGARDING ADOPTION OF AN ORDINANCE
BY THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA
The City Commission of the City of Sanford, Florida, will hold public hearings at 7 PM, or as soon thereafter as practicable, in the Commission Chambers, First Floor, City Hall, 300 N. Park Avenue, Sanford, Florida, as follows:
• on Monday, December 11, 2017, to consider first reading of Ordinance No. 4429 and
• on Monday, January 8, 2018, to consider the adoption of Ordinance No. 4429, title of which is as follows:
Ordinance No. 4429
An ordinance of the City of Sanford, Florida providing for the rezoning of real property totaling 2.65 acres in size (Tax Parcel Identification Number 18-20-31-300-0070-0000 within the City Limits (map of the property attached) from the Agriculture (“AG”) to City Single Family Residential (“SR-1”); providing for the taking of implementing administrative actions; providing for the adoption of a map by reference; repealing all conflicting ordinances; providing for severability; providing for non-codification and providing for an effective date.
A copy of the Ordinance shall be available at the office of the City Clerk for all persons desiring to examine the same.
All parties in interest and citizens shall have an opportunity to be heard at said hearings.

REVISED NOTICE OF EXECUTIVE SESSION AND SCHOOL BOARD MEETING
The Seminole County School Board will meet in regular session on Tuesday, December 19, 2017. The executive session is a closed session.
