ST. JOHNS RIVER WATER MANAGEMENT DISTRICT

Notice is given that the following permit was issued on March 10, 2017.

(Name and address of applicant) Dru D. Boulware, Director of Recreation and Parks for the City of Oviedo located at 400 Alexandria Boulevard, Oviedo, Florida 32765, permit number #92268-6.  The project is located in Seminole County, Section 12, and Township 21 South, Range 31 East.  The permit authorizes a surface waste management system on 2.5 acres for a recreational project known Shane Kelly Dog Park.  The receiving water body is Lake Jesup.

A person whose substantial interests are or may be affected has the right to request an administrative hearing by filing a written petition with the St. Johns River Water Management District (District). Pursuant to Chapter 28-106 Rule 40C-1.1007.  Florida Administrative Code (F.A.C.), the petition must be filed (received) either by delivery at the office the District Clerk at District Headquarters, P.O.
