ST. JOHNS RIVER WATER MANAGEMENT DISTRICT
Notice is given that the following permit was issued on March 10, 2017.
(Name and address of applicant) Dru D. Boulware, Director of Recreation and Parks for the City of Oviedo located at 400 Alexandria Boulevard, Oviedo, Florida 32765, permit number #92268-6. The project is located in Seminole County, Section 12, and Township 21 South, Range 31 East. The permit authorizes a surface waste management system on 2.5 acres for a recreational project known Shane Kelly Dog Park. The receiving water body is Lake Jesup.
A person whose substantial interests are or may be affected has the right to request an administrative hearing by filing a written petition with the St. Johns River Water Management District (District). Pursuant to Chapter 28-106 Rule 40C-1.1007. Florida Administrative Code (F.A.C.), the petition must be filed (received) either by delivery at the office the District Clerk at District Headquarters, P.O. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN by the City of Longwood, Florida, which the City Commission will hold a public hearing to consider enactment of the following Ordinance:
ORDINANCE NO. 17-2131
AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE ISSUANCE OF NOT TO EXCEED $2,000,000 IN AGGREGATE PRINCIPAL AMOUNT OF OBLIGATION OF THE CITY OF LONGWOOD, FLORIDA SECURED BY AND PAYABLE FROM THE PLEDGED FUNDS DESCRIBED HEREIN FOR THE PRINCIPAL PURPOSE OF PAYING COSTS OF CONSTRUCTING CERTAIN PARK, RECREATIONAL AND OTHER CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS AND FINANCING CERTAIN COSTS RELATED TO THE ACQUISITION AND INSTALLATION OF EQUIPMENT TO BE LOCATED WITHIN THE CITY AS DESCRIBED HEREIN; PROVIDING FOR THE RIGHTS OF THE HOLDERS OF SUCH OBLIGATION; AND PROVIDING, SEVERABILITY AND AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
