The administration of the estate of Luciann Dorothy Love, deceased, whose date of death was June 3, 2017, is pending in the Circuit Court for Seminole County, Florida, Probate Division, the address of which is 301 N. Park Avenue, Sanford, FL 32771.  The names and addresses of the personal representative and the personal representative's attorney are set forth below.

All creditors of the decedent and other persons having claims or demands against decedent's estate on whom a copy of this notice is required to be served must file their claims with this court ON OR BEFORE THE LATER OF 3 MONTHS AFTER THE TIME OF THE FIRST PUBLICATION OF THIS NOTICE OR 30 DAYS AFTER THE DATE OF SERVICE OF A COPY OF THIS NOTICE ON THEM.

All other creditors of the decedent and other persons having claims or demands against decedent's estate must file their claims with this court WITHIN 3 MONTHS AFTER THE DATE OF THE FIRST PUBLICATION OF THIS NOTICE.

ALL CLAIMS NOT FILED WITHIN THE TIME PERIODS SET FORTH IN FLORIDA STATUTES SECTION 733.702 WILL BE FOREVER BARRED.

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
TO CONSIDER ADOPTION OF PROPOSED ORDINANCE

    ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN by the City of Longwood, Florida, which the City Commission will hold a public hearing to consider enactment of the following Ordinance:

ORDINANCE NO. 17-2130

AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF LONGWOOD, FLORIDA, EXTENDING THE WASTE PRO OF FLORIDA, INC. RESIDENTIAL SOLID WASTE AND RECYCLING COLLECTION SERVICES CONTRACT AND FRANCHISE TO SEPTEMBER 30, 2021; APPROVING AN AMENDMENT TO SAID CONTRACT REGARDING RATE REVIEW AND ADJUSTMENTS, CONTRACT EXTENSIONS AND NOTICES;  PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS, SEVERABILITY AND AN EFFECTIVE DATE.

Said Ordinance was placed on first reading on Monday, October 16, 2017, and the City Commission will consider same for final passage and adoption after the public hearing, which will be held in the City Commission Chambers, 175 West Warren Avenue, Longwood, Florida, on Monday, the 6th day of November, A.D., 2017, 6:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as possible.  At the meeting, interested parties may appear and be heard with respect to the proposed Ordinance.  This hearing may be continued from time to time until final action is taken by the City Commission.

A copy of the proposed Ordinance is posted at the Longwood City Hall, Longwood, Florida, and copies are on file with the Clerk of the City and same may be inspected by the public.

NOTICE:  All persons are advised that if they decide to appeal any decisions made at this meeting/hearing, they will need a record of the proceedings and for such purposes, they may need to insure that a verbatim record is made, which record to include the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be made (per Sec. 286.0105, Florida Statutes).
