NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN BY THE CITY OF LONGWOOD, FLORIDA that the City Commission will hold a public hearing on Monday, October 16, 2017, at 6:00 P.M., or as soon thereafter as the item may be heard, in the City Commission Chambers, 175 West Warren Avenue, Longwood, Florida, in order to consider the following.  The purpose of this hearing is to receive public input on the following requested Special Exception Package (SPE 03-17) for:

Description:    Reduction in rear setbacks for a house extension

Request:    To allow a special exception to the City of Longwood Development Code to allow a decrease in the required rear setback from 15ft to 7ft (SPE 03-17). 

At this meeting, all interested parties may appear and be heard with respect to this matter.  This hearing may be continued from time to time until final action is taken.  The matter discussed at this hearing is quasi-judicial in nature.
