NOTICE OF AGENCY ACTION TAKEN BY THE ST. JOHNS RIVER WATER MANAGEMENT DISTRICT
Notice is given that the following permit was issues on 9/21/17.
Sid Vihlen, Jr., 204 N. Park Ave., Suite 100, Sanford, FL 32771, permit # 81506-6. The project is located in Seminole County, Section 39, Township 19 South, Range 30 East. The permit authorizes a surface water management system on 1.59 acres for 3 Commercial Buildings known as Lake Monroe Commerce Center. The receiving water body is Lake Monroe.
A person whose substantial interests are or may be affected has the right to request an administrative hearing by filing a written petition with the St. Johns River Water Management District (District). Pursuant to Chapter 28-106 and Rule 40C-1.1007, Florida Administrative Code (F.A.C.), the petition must be filed (received) either by delivery at the office of the District Clerk at District Headquarters, P.O. Box 1429, Palatka, FL 32178-1429 (4049 Reid St. Palatka, FL 32177) or by e-mail with the District Clerk at Clerk@sjrwmd.com, within twenty-one (21) days of newspaper publication of the notice of District decision (for those persons to whom the District does not mail or email actual notice). REGARDING ADOPTION OF AN ORDINANCE
BY THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA
The City Commission of the City of Sanford, Florida, will hold a public hearing at 7 PM or as soon thereafter as practicable, in the Commission Chambers, First Floor, Sanford City Hall, 300 N. Park Avenue, Sanford, Florida, as follows:
• Monday, October 9, 2017, to consider the adoption of Ordinance No. 4421, title of which is as follows:
An ordinance of the City of Sanford, Florida vacating and abandoning an east-west alley which is 16 feet in width and located north of Highway and south of Northway right-of-ways, west of Cypress Avenue and east of Sanford Avenue platted as part of Gindervillle Heights; providing for legislative findings and intent; providing for attachments and incorporation of exhibits; providing for the taking of implementing administrative actions; providing for an easement; proving for any further improvements and existing improvements within the alley; providing for conflicts; providing for severability; providing for non-codification and providing for an effective date.
