REGARDING ADOPTION OF AN ORDINANCE
BY THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA
The City Commission of the City of Sanford, Florida, will hold public hearings at 7 PM, or as soon thereafter as practicable, in the Commission Chambers, First Floor, City Hall, 300 N. Park Avenue, Sanford, Florida, as follows:
• on Monday, September 25, 2017, to consider first reading of Ordinance No. 4420 and
• on Monday, October 9, 2017 to consider the adoption of Ordinance No. 4420, annexing property generally described as follows:
1.15 acre(s) between E. Lake Mary Blvd. and Kentucky Street and between Cameron Avenue and Jessup Avenue as shown on the map below:
A copy of the Ordinance and the complete legal description by metes and bounds shall be available at the office of the City Clerk for all persons desiring to examine the same.
All parties in interest and citizens shall have an opportunity to be heard at said hearings.

Notice is hereby given that a Public Hearing will be held by the Planning & Zoning Commission in the Utility Training Room, City Hall, Sanford, Florida, at 10 AM on Thursday, October 5, 2017 to consider the following change and amendment to the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Sanford, Seminole County, Florida:
Request: Amend and combine the Aero 1 and Aero 2 Planned Development to create the West Sanford Business Park Planned Development at 205 Aero Lane.
Legal Description: BLK 18 M M SMITHS SUBD, PB 1 PG 55 (Parcel Tax Parcel Numbers: 26-19-30-5AE-1800-0000 and 26-19-30-5AE-1800-0001)
