Dissolution of Marriage

THE SENSITIVE MAN

A woman meets a man in a bar.  They talk; they connect; they end up leaving together.  They get back to his place, and as he shows her around his apartment she notices that one wall of his bedroom is completely filled with soft, sweet, cuddly teddy bears.  There are three shelves in the bedroom, with hundreds and hundreds of cute, cuddly teddy bears carefully placed in rows, covering the entire wall!

It was obvious that he had taken quite some time to lovingly arrange them, and she was immediately touched by the amount of thought he had put into organizing the display. There were small bears all along the bottom shelf, medium-sized bears covering the length of the middle shelf, and huge, enormous bears running all the way along the top shelf.

She found it strange for an obviously masculine guy to have such a large collection of teddy bears.  She is quite impressed by his sensitive side, but doesn't mention this to him.

They share a bottle of wine and continue talking and, after a while, she finds herself thinking, “Oh my God! Maybe, this guy could be the one!  Maybe he could be the future father of my children.”

AUTHORITY

In accordance with Federal Aviation Regulations 14 CFR Section 158.24, the Sanford Airport Authority (SAA) is posting the required Public Notice of its intent to impose and use Passenger Facility Charges (PFC’s) to a terminal expansion project.  

This notice is to:

Impose and Use PFC funds from PFC application 4 at the level of $4 per enplaned passenger.

PFC application #4 contains the request for $2,020,101.  In reimbursement for Sanford Airport Authority past PFC eligible projects (see list at http://www.orlandosanfordairport.com/documents/bids/03-25-2016-123509.pdf) for SAA’s (local government share) from 2009-2016.

PFC application #4 contains the request for $41,683,024 to fund the expansion of the terminal facility.  The current facility is operating at greater than 60% capacity.  Upon completion of this project (3 years) the terminal is estimated to be at near full capacity.

Total revenue to the Sanford Airport Authority from the commencement date of 1 August 2017 until the expiration date of December 31, 2025 is $43,703,125.

More detailed information is available upon request.  Public comments will be accepted between 18 January 2017 through 21 February 2017.  A public meeting will be held at 2 p.m. on 21 February 2017 at the Sanford Airport Authority Executive Offices Board Room, A.K. Shoemaker Domestic Terminal, 1200 Red Cleveland Boulevard, Sanford, Florida.
