• Sheralyn Jackson-Brinson recently vacationed in Rochester, NY for a week visiting her son, Jacob P. Brinson, Jr. and his family and friends. While there she spent time with her classmates from the Crooms Extraordinary Class of 1963 who reside in Rochester: Cleve Gipson, Jr.; Jacob P. Brinson, Sr.; Willie Lee Williams; Delois Haws-Black; Dorothy Gilliam-Smith and Annie Esther Miller.  Classmates treated her to lunch at Red Lobster Restaurant.  What started out as a 2- hour luncheon engagement ended up being a 5-hour time of fellowship and fun, reminiscing about the “good old days” at Crooms Academy/Sanford, FL.  She says, “When we saw the dinner patrons coming into the restaurant, we checked our watches and only then did we realize that 5 hours had passed and we were still there having a great time together.”
