A Christian children's book called "The Four Elements" released recently nationwide and Debbie K. of Deltona couldn't be more proud.
Going by a pen name, Debbie K graduated from West Coast Bible College in Fresno, California, married and now has a Yorkie terrier named Holly Berry. Although working for 20 years as a registered nurse and the Director of Nursing with a home health agency she has always had a love of literature.
Her fiction fantasy tale shows the elements coming to life yet arguing among themselves while unaware of a big surprise ready to unfold. "I always wanted to write children's books," said Debbie K.
"This book came to me very quickly like a movie. I wrote it down as fast as I could in a tiny notebook I had, then typed it up on a computer. It is a Christian children's book in the teen section with a message of unity. It is about the Elements meeting the Creator of all things. I gave the Elements human personalities. It is filled with colorful pictures to enhance the story."
The book is available by trailer on YouTube, on TateOutLoud under videos, through barnesandnoble.com or amazon.com as well as www.tatepublishing.com/bookstore.
