Wekiva Falls RV Resort LLC, Ste 1108, 302 Knights Run Ave, Tampa, FL 33602-5987 Consumptive Use Permit application #2742-11, received 10/1/2018. Decisions on applications for a staff-issued Individual CUP will be made at the District's service center where the application is processed, unless the application is upgraded to an application for a Governing Board-issued Individual CUP as explained below, in which event the Governing Board will consider the application at a noticed Board meeting. The Governing Board normally meets on the second Tuesday of the month.
A substantial objection to an application for a staff-issued Individual CUP must be made in writing and filed with (received by) the Director, Office of Business and Administrative Services, P.O. Box 1429, Palatka, FL 32178-1429, or by e-mail at applicationsupport@sjrwmd.com, within 14 days of notification of the application.
